- Delivery within Australia is free for orders over $150.00. Otherwise $10.00 per regular delivery, or $20.00 for an overnight delivery, if ordering before 12MD. (Please contact us for other options).

- Overseas shipping rates vary from $20.00 to $30.00, approx. Please contact us!

- Generally orders are processed and then sent the next day, or when a purchase has been processed. Dispatch may be delayed a day when preparing a garment for delivery.

- Overseas orders should arrive approximately 5 - 14 days, once dispatched, depending on custom's practices at each destination.

- Ownership of your vintage purchase and responsibility for damage that may occur to same, is transferred to you the purchaser, once an item has been delivered to the address that was nominated through your purchase.

- As mentioned above, through this website, we sell pre-loved vintage and retro clothing & accessories & goods. This means that an item could have been previously worn, (is second hand), or is aged, or is marked in some way. 

- The garments in our care are kept in the best condition possible. The garments are sold as they are; and we leave the care of the garment to the purchaser and newest custodian.

- As much as possible imperfections are noted within each product description.  

- You may expect that there will be imperfections of some kind and that an item might have an aged appearance, that naturally comes from wear and laundering.

- Please write or contact us before purchasing, if you feel uncertain about the condition of a garment, or the size, as some garments don't have size labels still attached; and sizes have altered within the general population over the last 50 years.

- We do provide an accurate assessment and description of each garment's condition!

- We do not accept returns because you changed your mind.

- We do not accept returns if the garment doesn't fit.

- We are unable to accept returned goods if damage has occurred, since our dispatch!

- Please send an email within 5 days of receiving your vintage item order; along with the reason you wish to return it.

- Please take into account that the return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

- A refund, less return postage, shall be forwarded once goods have been returned in the same condition as when dispatched. If damage to a returned item has occurred, or if the item shows signs that it was worn, a refund shall not be given!

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a vintage or retro product which is not brand new; and therefore, may have imperfections, please review our returns policy above.

In order to contract with this website you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.

(a) Our Contract: 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you've ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible; and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

(c) Payment: 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the product/s you wish to purchase. Once you have been sent a confirmation email, and the monies paid, please check that the receipt for your order is correct. You purchase will be dispatched and posted to you in one to two days. Not on weekends. Please see terms above.

Disclaimer of Liability:

The materials and construction of the vintage and retro clothing displayed or described on this Website are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties. Upon receipt our clothing item will laundered as best as we see fit, to avoid damaging it, as much as possible. We then keep the clothing items in good order, often in the same or better condition as when first acquired. However, please note that we leave some clothing items as they are; and so leave the decision for the specific type of laundering requirement to the new owner, as we have some experience but we are not experts. Should this latter aspect occur, it will be well highlighted and noted in the product description.
